50% Discount & Free Journey
Loyalty member scheme: for every completed transfer you will receive one point and additional points can be earned via other promotions (i.e. introducing friends and family to us).
Once you have earned 20 points you can use those points to claim your FREE journey (Terms and conditions apply) or if you or your referred 20 members of your friends and families to use our services you are entitled to a free journey.
Loyalty Points
You will gain one point per a completed journey (effective from 01-12-2014)
Note: Falcon Car will be adding more features and making changes according to the feedback we receive from the customers and operational management team to finalize the scheme.
Terms and conditions for 5% discount.
- Registered Loyalty members will get instant 5% discount on all journeys.
- Discount cannot be used conjunction with any other. (Such as 50% discount or free journey).
- Discount will be valid only for online reservations, which are made using the same e-mail ID.
Terms and conditions for 50% Discount
- The journey will be provided when the member collected 10 points from beginning of their membership. This is eligible for only saloon and estate cars.
- Discounted journey's pick up or drop off must be located within M25 and has to be Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or London City Airport.
- Discount points can be used only for a single journey once (cannot be used for the return and via journeys).
- Discount points will be valid only for online reservations, which are made using the same e-mail ID.
- Discount points (10 points) are valid for one journey only.
- Discount points can be used any time of the day.
- Discounted Booking is applicable only for Saloon/Estate cars only.
- Over booking protection: We assure the vehicle will be available at any time for members who earned more than 5 points?
- Extra free 15 minutes waiting: when the member earned more than 4 points, member will be provided with an additional 15 minutes waiting time.
- When a user is eligible for free journey or 50% discount journey but his booking does not match the criteria that has been set by the admin, then his free / 50% discount journey will be saved in user account.
- Now for every next booking system will check if the user has any saved free / 50% discount journey in his account. If any of it is saved and his booking matches the criteria for free / 50% discount journey then he will get alert for the same while booking
- Now, for example a user has 4 free journey and three 50% discount journey at the end of year, then the free journey counter will be set to zero and the 50% discounts journey will be carried forward to the next year.
- The year will be counted from the date of his registration account activation date.

- The free journey will be provided when the member collected 20 points within a full year from beginning of their membership. This is eligible for only saloon and estate cars.

- Twenty (20) journey points is valid for one free journey only.
